Smoke-Free Communities

We work hard to provide our neighbors with the best quality experience and product. As a result of this commitment we have taken a leadership position by making the decision to operate many of our communites as smoke-free communities. Our own research and industry data shows a high demand for a smoke-free living environment.

Our research shows that 82% of future neighbors and 85% of current neighbors want smoke-free apartment homes and communities. Smoke-free homes benefit neighbors by enhancing their living environment and reducing exposure to second hand smoke. Smoking will be prohibited inside apartment homes and common areas and within 25 feet of buildings.
